January 3, 2024 – The Midland City Clerk’s Office has mailed new voter identification cards to all registered voters in the City of Midland ahead of the February 27 Presidential primary election. New cards have been issued due to precinct consolidation and polling location changes within the city made late last year.
Voters should check their voter identification cards to ensure that their name, address, and other personal information are correct. Voters should also note their precinct and polling location on the card as this information may have changed since the last election cycle.
Voter registration cards are provided for the voter’s informational purposes only and are not required to be presented to vote.
As some registered voters may have moved since the last election cycle, it is possible that residents may receive a voter identification card at their address that does not belong to them. Residents who receive a voter identification card in the mail that does not belong to them should write “Return to sender” or “Not at this address” on the card and place the card back in their mailbox for pick-up by their mail carrier.
