June 3, 2016 – It will be a busy traffic weekend on Eastman Avenue as the Michigan Antiques Festival draws visitors into the Midland County Fairgrounds for their annual event, June 4th and 5th.
Police will monitor the area to assure traffic is moving, however motorists should plan for traffic delays.
The main exit for the Midland Mall will be closed, however the light will still cycle to allow for pedestrian crosswalk movements.
This year, the fairgrounds will use Airport Road as an alternate exit route to help alleviate the traffic congestion.
Local residents are asked to seek alternate routes when travelling in these areas.
