July 29, 2016 – The streets of Midland will soon get a fresh coat of paint. Contractors will begin repainting traffic lane markings on all City streets beginning Monday, August 1.
Freshly-painted lines will be marked with traffic cones. Motorists are encouraged to avoid crossing over fresh paint to avoid spreading the paint on the road or having it splatter onto vehicles. Once the paint has dried sufficiently, cones will be removed and normal traffic movements may resume.
