August 19, 2016 – The City of Midland Water Plant’s bulk water station will be occasionally unavailable in the coming weeks as construction begins on a driveway resurfacing project. The project is set to begin in Fall 2016.
Residents using the bulk water station are advised to call the Water Plant at 989-837-3515 in advance of their visit to ensure accessibility and availability.
