October 7, 2016 – The Midland Fire Department’s Fire Prevention Open House scheduled for October 15 has been cancelled due to remodeling of Fire Station 1, located at 816 E. Haley Street.
The open house is held annually as part of Fire Prevention Week, which is scheduled this year for October 9-15.
The popular open house will resume in October 2017 when construction at the fire station has been completed.
