CDBG is a federally funded program through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Each year, the City of Midland receives CDBG funds to support activities that further the objectives of the federal program.  Goals are to provide decent housing, establish and maintain a suitable living environment, and expand economic opportunities, all primarily benefiting low- and very low-income residents of the city.
