  4. Thank you for your interest in supporting the 2019 Downtown Sculpture Series: Tee'd Up Downtown! Please complete the form below to register your sponsorship request and submit your logo for promotional materials.

    Once your sculpture sponsorship information is received, you will be contacted to select the sculpture you’d like to sponsor.

    Please note: Sponsorship information must be received by April 18, 2019 in order to make print deadlines.
