MCTV COMMUNITY MEDIA CREATOR APPLICATION

  1. TO BECOME A MEMBER...

    Per the City of Midland’s Code of Ordinances, in order to use services of MCTV, an applicant must:

    * Be a resident of the City of Midland or Midland County, or work for a non-profit organization based in the City or Midland County - PICTURE ID REQUIRED FOR PROOF OF RESIDENCY
    *  Abide by the RULES AND REGULATIONS of MCTV
    * Pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 Access User Fee, renewable yearly
    * Pay a NON-REFUNDABLE $20 Workshop Fee, one time
    * If < 18 years of age, have a parent/guardian sign the application
    * If < 16 years of age, have parent/guardian take training with you The Access User fee gives applicant the ability to:
    * Submit message(s) on the Community Message Board, channel 189 and on MCTV’s Facebook page
    * Submit program(s) for cablecast on MCTV Channel 191, Community Voices
    * Select MCTV’s video online, YouTube, and Podcast services
    * Use MCTV’s production equipment upon completion of the Media Producer Workshop
