  1. DON'T Touch a Truck Vehicle Parade

    July 22, 2021, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Plymouth Park

    Back by popular demand, the City of Midland invites big truck aficionados of all ages to its second annual DON’T Touch a Truck vehicle parade at Plymouth Park, 1508 E. Wheeler Street, on Thursday, July 22 at 10 a.m. At DON’T Touch a Truck, attendees will be treated to a contactless parade of the many vehicles and pieces of heavy equipment the City of Midland uses to keep the community running smoothly, including police cars, fire engines, dump trucks, refuse trucks, construction equipment, and more. Flashing lights and an occasional honking horn should be expected. Vehicles will make two laps along a route beginning at the south end of Plymouth Park, traveling north on Plymouth Park Drive from E. Sugnet Road to Wheeler Street, exiting at Wheeler, then heading east on Wheeler, south on Swede Avenue, and west on E. Sugnet. In the event of rain or severe weather, DON’T Touch a Truck will be rescheduled for Friday, July 23 at 10 a.m.

  2. Midland Moves: Plymouth Park Neighborhood Walk

    July 22, 2021, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM @ Plymouth Park

    Join your City Planning department staff for a stroll through the Plymouth Park neighborhood on Thursday, July 22 as an interactive part of the Midland City Modern master planning process. During the 0.63 mile walk, attendees are encouraged to share what they see, feel, and experience and discuss their visions for the future of the community. Topics will include items related to heathy neighborhoods, walkability, building accessibility, and the impact design has on livability, home values, safety, the environment, and social connections. The walk will begin and end at the MIDLAND letters located just north of the Plymouth Park Pool. The walk will depart from the letters at approximately 5:35 p.m. and return by 6:30 p.m.

  1. Teen Night at the Pool

    July 22, 2021, 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM @ Plymouth Pool

    Teens will have the chance to enjoy a fun-filled evening at Plymouth Pool on Thursday nights, July 8-29th during the Summer Teen Nights. All events are from 8:30-10 p.m. The events are free to Midland County middle and high school students. There is a nominal fee for snacks.
